Wine brand launches an emblematic product of the Setúbal region for Continente stores, complementing the range of red and white wine

Adega de Palmela presents the launch of a new Moscatel de Setúbal Chafariz D. Maria Denomination of Origin 75cl, certified product since 1908 and one of the most representative products of the Setúbal region.

The launch of the Moscatel Chafariz D. Maria joins the range of red and white wine Chafariz D. Maria Regional Península de Setúbal, in 75cl bottle format and 5lt Bag-in-Box, which has been in existence since 2019.

Moscatel Chafariz D. Maria is a tribute to the first woman queen of Portugal who was known by the nickname “The Godly”. Built by D. Maria in 1792, the Chafariz is a piece of great architectural value, which is emblematic in one of the entrances of Palmela

Produced with Moscatel grapes and aged in oak barrels for a minimum period of 18 months, its traditional aroma of orange peel, honey and dried fruit, is ideal for serving chilled as an aperitif and with traditional and convent sweets or dark chocolate.
